We accept returns for any unused products, within 14 days of purchase and with proof of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a return or exchange for your item.
Upon receiving the product, we will thoroughly examine the item and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling costs shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
**We do not accept returns for any specialty cut paddles below 45”.
We will exchange any unused/unopen items for other items of equal or lesser value. Please note, if you would like to exchange a purchased product for another that is greater in value, you will be responsible to cover the monetary difference.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associate with the exchange, unless the product is defective, or if you receive an incorrect order based on an error on our part.
