Thank you for visiting and shopping at GWN Pro Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We are located in and ship from Etobicoke, Ontario. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes
GWN Pro Shop offers delivery to P.O. boxes across Canada by selecting Xpresspost™ or Expedited Parcel™ as the designated shipping method upon checkout.
Customers can track their purchase to the post office and receive an email notification when their parcel is ready for pickup.
Items are held for 15 days, keeping high-value and temperature-sensitive items secure.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GWN Pro Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
GWN Pro Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
